Why we exist
MedSpa Forum started with a simple observation: customers had stopped Googling "Botox near me" and started asking AI. And the answers were wrong. Wrong prices, quoted with confidence. Real, licensed businesses framed with warnings. Competitors recommended in their place.
Nobody was measuring any of it. Review sites track what customers say. Nobody tracked what the machines say. So we built the measurement: thousands of med spas, tens of thousands of verified prices, and probe transcripts showing exactly what AI assistants tell your customers, word for word.
The fixing part came naturally. Once you can see the errors, you can correct the source information the AI reads from. Once you correct it, you can prove it worked. That loop (measure, fix, prove) is the whole company.
Methodology
Every price in our dataset was read from a public page: a med spa's own site, a booking page, a published menu. If we didn't see it, it isn't in the data.
Prices change. Promotions expire. We re-crawl monthly for promos and quarterly for the full dataset, so the numbers stay current.
We publish city-wide averages, never individual prices. Your menu stays your business.
